Xavier Hayes is a Customer Service Senior Analyst for the Digital Services team who actively works to enhance the end-user experience for both EDI and Salesforce. He works diligently to ensure issue resolution occurs in an efficient manner. With his expansive technical knowledge and passion for delivering reliable outcomes, Xavier serves as a valuable asset to the CuraScript SD team. In his role, he also collaborates with members of Digital Services and IT teams to locate inefficiencies and determine how improvements can be implemented. Xavier recognizes the importance of evolving to meet the customer’s needs and makes an effort to anticipate potential problems before a request has to be made. Xavier embodies Caring for those who care® through his work, stating that it is “an honorable responsibility to take care of someone in need.”
