Sammi Mendez is a Sr. Customer Service Analyst on the Digital Services team for CuraScript SD by Evernorth. She serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external customers, ensuring seamless support for our e-commerce platform. Sammi’s favorite part of her work is being able to help people. Whether it's guiding a customer through a complex issue on our ordering platform or empowering associates with the tools and training they need to succeed, she enjoys turning challenges into solutions and making the e-commerce experience smoother and more intuitive for everyone involved.
