Dawn Murphy is a Patient Service Coordinator for CuraScript SD by Evernorth. In her current position, she contacts insurance plans to collect information on patient eligibility, medication coverage and prior authorizations. She then communicates the outcome of the information to patients and healthcare professionals focusing on quality. Dawn enjoys hearing satisfaction from a patient or a healthcare professional who emphasizes how much she was able to help them.
