Chakia Taylor
Chakia Taylor is the Rare Disease team supervisor at CuraScript SD by Evernorth. Chaika manages the Rare Disease team, ensuring all orders are treated with white glove treatment. She also works in collaboration with customer service, the Specialty Services team and the Hub team when needed. Her favorite part of her work at CuraScript SD by Evernorth is knowing that what we do matters. She says, “For some patients, getting their medication could be life or death, and I work with the team to ensure we are doing what is best for the customers.” When asked how she represents Caring for those who care®, Chaika responded, “I represent ‘Caring for those who care®’ with the utmost respect. I am very passionate about the care of others who have rare diseases, as my husband is a kidney transplant recipient. I know too well the struggles of having a rare disease and the importance of life-saving drugs. I think everyone should be treated as a priority and encourage the team to have just as much passion. I believe in going above and beyond to ensure that we show daily that we care deeply about our customers, patients, and coworkers.”
