Steven Coleman

Steven Coleman is a Senior Operations Supervisor for the outbound department at CuraScript SD by Evernorth’s Grove City, Ohio, distribution center. Steven manages his team while tracking volume changes and troubleshooting issues that may arise, ensuring that all orders that come in ship out the same day. Steven’s favorite part of his work is the interactions he gets to have with the team members. He says, “whether that be some of the small team building exercises we do, the guidance we can help provide along their career path, or just the daily communication we have with them. We really have a great team here, which makes things run very smoothly.”

When asked how he represents Caring for those who care^®, Steven responded, "I like to think I represent Caring for those who care through our efforts to troubleshoot all issues, ensuring that customers receive their orders when they are expecting to.”
