Shannon Harrell

Shannon Harrell is a Program Manager for the Rare Disease and Specialty Services team at CuraScript SD by Evernorth. She works closely with vendors and the Implementation Team to ensure seamless product launches by developing work instructions, creating reports and providing training. Shannon also oversees the REMS Program and Consignment Programs while supporting leadership with a variety of projects. Shannon’s favorite part of her job is collaborating with multiple teams across Curascript SD and partnering with vendors to ensure products are successfully delivered to customers.

When asked how she represents Caring for those who care®, Shannon responded, “I demonstrate Caring for those who care® by supporting the teams and partners who rely on me to help deliver the best possible experience for our patients and customers. Whether I’m launching new products, coordinating across departments, or working with vendors, I focus on making sure everyone has the information, training, and tools they need to do their jobs well.”
