Melizabeth Montesino is a Technical Training Lead Analyst for CuraScript SD by Evernorth. Her role involves designing and delivering training that supports key business processes and tools. This includes creating job aids and onboarding materials, managing new-hire training and system access, and leading sessions such as Train-the-Trainer and refresher courses. Melizabeth’s favorite part of her job is seeing the growth and development of our team members. She says, “It’s incredibly rewarding to witness their progress and know I’ve contributed to their professional journey.”

I focus on simplifying complex processes, providing clear resources, and being available when questions arise.
