Mary Abington

Mary Abington, a Sr. Supervisor for CuraScript SD by Evernorth, helped with testing our CareLink platform for the Rare and Specialty Services Team and continues to work with streamlining the CareLink processes, order entering, system updates and training for the team. She also works directly with two manufacturers, providing white glove handling to ensure the team effectively assists customer orders, issues and more. Mary’s favorite part of her work is helping the team use the new CareLink system productively to support both customers and manufacturers.

Mary represents Caring for those who care^® by "working with the customers and manufacturers to help solve any issues or questions they may have and to help them understand the Customer Service Team is here to help them – and we continue to work on improving our processes as we move through the learning of CareLink.”
