Dolvie is a member of our Customer Support team. There are many roles that she plays as a Customer Support Representative; one of the key roles being to process incoming orders via phone, fax and email. Her favorite part of her work is helping customers resolve an issue they might be facing. Dolvie says, “It is so rewarding when your customer is satisfied at the end of a call.” When asked how she works to represent Caring for those who care^®,  Dolvie responded, “By giving the individuals 100% of your time when handling their needs in a professional and courteous manner.”
