Amy Coward

Amy Coward is the Outbound Operations Supervisor in our Tempe, Arizona, distribution center. As part of her role, she monitors production and workflow, redirecting staff to maximize order fulfillment efficiency. Amy's favorite part of her work is the employees she works with. She loves the diverse personalities that make up the team.

When asked how she represents Caring for those who care^®, Amy responded, "I get to know every person on my team. I want to be able to provide training, communication, and support in a way that each employee is responsive to. Not everyone learns or communicates the same way. I make sure I convey information and training in a way each employee will understand. I also make sure I have team building activities every month to bring our team together."
